On December 12th 1964, the shooting started for the Star Trek Pilot episode “The Cage”. I know that there aren’t too many people out there reading this site that are old enough to have watched and loved the Original Series of Star Trek, but I couldn’t pass this one up.

I am currently working through the Star Trek Chronology Project (watching all Star Trek episodes from every spin-off in the order in their chronological order). Should you choose to follow my path, Netflix has all of them available now. And should you choose, try out the Oh Captain, My Captain drinking game. It will take a long time to get through all of them, but it will give you an excuse to drink whenever you want.
