How to Play

It starts out with some being picked as the dictator (usually you draw one card each and the highest is the dictator) once this is decided the dictator dictates the rule for the round e.g. black drinks and ace drinks (if you get a black card you drink or if you get an ace you drink if you get a black ace you drink twice) then the dictator deals out as many cards as he/she feel like and then the dictatorship is past to the left.
